Several vendors, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IFS, Syspro and Lawson, have green ERP solutions that help monitor and track carbon footprints and other environmental compliance metrics. In addition, there are estimates that ERP delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), such as NetSuite and Plex Systems, could save between 50% to 90% in overall server room electric consumption.
