Tracy Alim, Vice President, Consulting Services, Catalyst Connection
Tracy's world class manufacturing experience in the automotive, light metals, glass, chemical, and electronics industries had its start in the 1970s. He has held increasingly responsible positions in manufacturing management, maintenance management. and engineering management in Fortune 500 companies. His expertise is concentrated in manufacturing operations and overall equipment effectiveness. His preferred methods include lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, with emphasis on A3 thinking, kaizen events, high performance workteam development, and manufacturing metrics.
As vice president of consulting at Catalyst Connection, Tracy leads a team of consultants who provide services in business growth, continuous improvement, information technology, productivity improvement, and quality improvement to manufacturers in southwest Pennsylvania. He holds both M.S. and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Tuskegee University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt. |
