About the speaker: Robert Osborne is the Director of Project Quality Assurance for Enterprise Solutions for Ciber, Inc. Robert has over three decades of experience as a professional services executive, an international management consultant and enterprise project manager. Robert is a published author and speaker who leverages real-world experience to build teams that deliver results.
